Meet Ann Marie Micacci
With a reputation for providing exceptional care and attention to detail, Ann Marie Micacci brings a personalized touch to every real estate experience. Though she didn't start her career in real estate, her path here has been shaped by years of leadership, client advocacy, and a true passion for helping others.

Ann began her professional journey as a worker's compensation consultant at CIGNA, where she quickly advanced to Team Leader and then Project Manager within the Life Division at both CIGNA and Lincoln Financial. After welcoming her first child, she stepped away from the corporate world to focus on her family-but it wasn't long before her natural ability to listen and connect led her to real estate.

What started with helping friends find homes grew into a fulfilling career. Since entering the industry almost 2 decades ago, Ann has combined her business acumen with a heartfelt commitment to her clients' goals. She served clients with Calcagni for 10 years before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties in 2018.

Ann is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Midstate Board of Realtors. She specializes in personalized service, clear communication, and guiding her clients confidently through each step of the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, Ann is a proud mom of three. Her oldest was a collegiate football player at UCONN, her youngest is currently playing football at Stonehill College, and her love for sports comes from years spent cheering her kids on. Ann is also deeply involved in her community-serving as various Presidents of school PTOs, treasurer of the Southington High School Cheerleading Booster Club and her most recent volunteer position as Secretary of the award winning Southington High School Blue Knights Gridiron Club.
